David C. Jaynes

David C. Jaynes focuses his practice on investor protection and securities fraud litigation. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Jaynes has graduate degrees in business administration and finance. Prior to joining the firm, David worked in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Salt Lake Regional Office as part of the Student Honors Program. Mr. Jaynes began his career as a prosecutor and has significant trial experience. While at Levi & Korsinsky, Mr. Jaynes has actively represented plaintiffs in the following securities class actions:
